PLEASE REPORT ANY RETURNS TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE

The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning and resending of items. 

We recommend returns being sent via registered post, as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or store credit on all sale items & earrings.

 

EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE

Please contact us immediately if you would like to exchange for a different size.

You will then be given steps to complete the exchange.

 

EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER LABEL (OTHER THAN HARVEY & SEEKER)

Please contact us to exchange for another item that we may have in store.

You will then be given steps to complete the exchange.

 

FAULTY

Please contact us immediately if your item has a manufacturing fault.

Please also provide a photo of the fault.

You will then be given steps to complete the return.

 

REFUNDS

We will happily offer you a refund, exchange or credit note for change of mind/ wrong fit, provided that the item is returned within 7 days, unworn, in original condition with tags attached. Make up marks & deodorant stains will not be considered in original condition. We have the right to refuse a return.
