- Please note, our online returns policy differs from our returns policy in store. We do not accept refunds for change of mind/wrong size if the item has been purchased in store, instead, credit/exchange will happily be offered.
- We will happily offer you a refund, exchange or credit note for change of mind/ wrong fit, provided that the item is returned within 7 days, unworn, in original condition with tags attached. Make up marks will not be considered in original condition.
- The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning and resending of items.
- We recommend returns being sent via registered post, as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
- A refund will not be processed until the item is received by us. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
- We cannot guarantee that an alternate size will be available please contact us as soon as possible if wanting to exchange for an alternate size.
- We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or store credit on all sale items & earrings.
- As we are also a bricks and mortar store, we may sell an item in store at the same time you purchase it online. In the unfortunate event that this happens, we will happily offer you a full refund or may be able to reorder, please contact us to do so.
- To return an item, please report the item to email@example.com, once assessed by us, you will then be allocated a RA (Returns Authorization) number and advised what to do next.
- All items are thoroughly checked for faults before shipping, however if an item has an obvious manufacturing fault we will gladly accept a return for an exchange, store credit or full refund.
- Faulty items need to be reported to us within 7 days. If deemed faulty, we will happily refund the return shipping cost, if the item is not deemed faulty it will be immediately returned to you
